Appointments

Please call to schedule all appointments. We would appreciate your calling in advance if you are going to be late. If you are ill, you will be seen that day. Sometimes, emergencies may arise that will disrupt the normal flow of appointments. We apologize, in advance, for the inconvenience. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel 24 hours in advance.

 

 

 

Phone calls

When you call the office, you will be asked the nature of your call. All calls will be handled on the basis of need and urgency. If you have a minor problem or need advice, your call will be handled by a member of our staff. If you need a routine appointment, the receptionist will schedule a convenient time. If you would like to speak with the physician, every attempt will be made to return your call in a timely manner.

 

 

Consultation

30–45 minute appointments: payment will vary depending on the nature of the consultation.

 

 

 

Emergencies

If you have a life-threatening emergency, please proceed to your nearest hospital or Dial 911.

 

 

 

Phone Calls After Office Hours

If you need medical advice after the office has closed, please call the main office number for assistance 770 991-0778. Your call will be directed to the New Millennium call service. A trained professional will be able to assist you with your concerns or direct you to the physician on call. There will always be a physician on call, if needed. As always, if you have a major emergency, proceed to your nearest hospital. If you have a minor emergency, but feel you should be seen prior to office hours, proceed to your nearest hospital.

 

 

Hospitalizations

If you require hospitalization, our practice utilizes a skilled team of Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians at Southern Regional Medical Center, South Fulton, unless prior arrangements have been made with our office manager.

Other hours as necessary by appointment.
