Our office is open 9:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We do close for the traditional holidays. After office hours or on days when the office is closed, you can reach the physician on call by phoning 770-991-0778.
What fees should I expect to pay? All co-payments or deductibles are due at the time of service. Our fees are within customary range for this area and reflect the level of care you will receive and the high level of training required providing this care. Charges are made for office visits, surgery, procedures, and laboratory tests. We have standardized fees for these services. These fees are listed in the office and are available to you at all times. The fees for obstetrical care include all medical care from your first visit through your prenatal care, delivery, and your visit six weeks following delivery. The only extra charges would be for special laboratory tests, and, if needed, a real-time scan, non-stress, and stress test. If a cesarean birth is needed, an extra charge is made for surgery.
Because the high cost of billing for routine visits and procedures may require us to significantly raise our fees, we ask that charges for office visits and procedures be paid for at the time of the visit. Obstetrical patient's fees are handled in a special manner. A global fee is assigned at the time of the first visit. This fee includes all charges involved in your care including all prenatal visits, vaginal delivery, and your postpartum care. This fee cannot be billed to your insurance company until your baby is delivered. The usual coverage is 80%. You will be asked to pay your deductible and co-insurance by the end of the sixth month of pregnancy.
The receipt that is given to you after your visit has been designed for insurance purposes. We will be happy to give you assistance if you need help filing your insurance claim for surgical procedures and deliveries. You are ultimately responsible for your bills regardless of what type of insurance you have. We accept the following health Insurance!
